Stonehaven Half Marathon

Starting point and registration : The McRobert Pavillion, Glenury Park, Stonehaven AB39 3XY

Stonehaven Half Marathon will be run over a route made up of local roads and some forest tracks.  The event is not a closed road race.  

The Stonehaven Half Marathon is a Scottish Athletics approved event.  Scottish Athletics has issued the Race Organisers with a permit to hold the race which under the Terms and Conditions stipulate that:

• Runners taking part in the Half Marathon must be over 17 years old on race day.
• The course is unsuitable for wheelchairs.
• Running with buggies or pets is not permitted.
• Headphones may only be worn on the trail section of the route except that bone conducting headphones may be worn on the whole course.
• No "on the day" entries are permitted.  

Enter Online by Friday 30th June 2023

If for any reason you are unable to run your number can be transferred to another runner up until Friday 30th June 2023. Please contact the race organiser through the email address below providing details of the new runner.  No refunds will be given unless the race is cancelled.

Limited changing facilities, including showers are available in the McRobert Pavilion.

Team Prize

There will be a team prize for the first 4 runners entered under the same name or club name.  The team prize is determined by placing, not cumulative finish time.  Please note: Runners need to enter as individuals as there will be no team entries available for 2023.

1K Fun Run

There will be a 1k fun run held at the park soon after the race has started; this is open to any age, free to enter, no registration required and a medal for every finisher.
