Come and join us for our Autumn Enduro Duathlon taking place at the stunning High Lodge in the heart of Thetford Forest.

You have 3 hours to cover as many run-bike-run laps as possible!

Complete this great challenge as a solo entrant or as a team of two (All male, all female or mixed allowed). 

Teams can choose how they tackle the event, but only one member is allowed to be out on course at a time. Both team members need to register individually.

The Autumn edition of the Enduro Duathlon will use some of the Beater long loop and other nice trails for the 7k bike course and a multi-surface 3k run course. 

The Beater trail is graded blue/moderate so not too difficult, but it's quite fun and twisty!. The course is suitable for both mountain and Cross/Gravel bikes (with off-road tyres). You will encounter sand, grass, gravel and possibly some mud as well as a few tree roots but nothing too technical.

Both run and bike loops are largely flat!

Prizes for top 3 men/women and winner of each team category.

Refreshments available during/after event.
