Participants will complete a run, bike and finally another run.

Distance depends on the age band entered with cross-over between some age bands to give more options: -

5-8 - 300m run / 750m bike / 300m run

7-9 - 300m run / 1.5km bike / 300m r...

Come and join us for our off-road Enduro Duathlon at the stunning High Lodge in the heart of Thetford Forest.

You have 3 hours to cover as many run-bike-run laps as possible!

Complete this great challenge as a solo entrant or as a team of two (All male, all female or mixed allowed). 

Teams can choose how they tackle the event, but only one member is allowed to be out on course at any one time.
