Come and join us for a fun junior run-bike-run event in the safe environment of High Lodge, Thetford Forest.

This event is perfect for those new to multi-sport or just wanting a challenge!

The races start from 1:00pm onwards with the youngest group participating first and oldest last.

The event uses an entirely off-road / traffic free route.

Registration is from 12:30pm.

Distance depends on the age band entered with cross-over between some age bands to give more options: -

5-8 year olds - 330m run (1 lap) / 750m bike (1 laps) / Short dash to finish line (100m's)

7-9 year olds - 330m run (1 lap) / 1.5km bike (2 laps) / 330m run (1 lap)

10-13 year olds - 330m run (1 lap) / 2.25km bike (3 laps) / 330m run (1 lap)

There's no prizes for winning, but there is a series award if you participate in 3 out 4 events.

Results will be published on our website after the event.

Events will be run in a covid-safe way in line with the latest Government and sporting guidance.

As an entrant you can enjoy a reduced day parking rate of just £3.00! (normally £12.50!).
