Hi guys,

We are very pleased to offer our third and final event of our Fast Friday Summer Series and inspired by the very great, Sir Roger Bannister, and his totally awesome sub 4 minute mile back on the 6th May 1954, when there was no fast or flash shoes around, what a totally awesome mile he achieved. Can you get anywhere close to him ? Here is your chance to smash out your fastest ever mile on our very flat and fast single lap course completing our Fast summer Series and hopefully achieving another PB at this distance. 

We will have 3 categories going off in different stages. First off at 6:45 will be our sub 10 minute milers, then at 7:15 we will have our sub 8 minute milers and our finale at 7:30 will see our super quick guys setting off for our sub 6 mile hopefully with lots of encouragement from the crowd we can encourage these very quick runners to a very fast time. 

With this event we are very limited to places with only 100 available. If you are not familiar with the Colchester Sportspark it is a totally awesome venue recently opened situated just off the A12 in Colchester near the Colchester United Stadium offering a full hub of sporting facilities with ample free parking, please just remember to input your car registration in the main part of the sports building situated in the cafe/bar area which will be open till 10pm so after the event you can treat yourself to an alcoholic drink or any other beverage.
