Craig's Events is pleased to bring back this event by popular demand for a second time in 2023 on the Friday 29th September 2023. 

Hosted from the awesome facilities at Colchester Sportspark here is our 600m Knockout Challenge starting at 7pm with the track available to warm up on from 6:30pm.

All runners will run round the track on the 600m course with the last 2 competitiors of each lap getting pulled out of the event, there will then be a 45 second recovery starting from the last finisher and we will continue losing 3 people each lap until we get down to the final 3 then it will be the last finisher on each lap which gets eliminated. This will decide our 3rd, 2nd and 1st place. 

Everyone will run together, male and female. Prizes will be given for 1st, 2nd and 3rd male and female and some age group category prizes. 

Everyone who took part, runners and spectators, throughly enjoyed the event and said how great it was with lots asking if we were going to do another one this year, so this is what we have done. 

With this event we are very limited to places with only 50 available, so be quick in signing up or you may miss out as 50 is our total limit of entries. If you are not familiar with the Colchester Sportspark it is a totally awesome venue recently opened situated just off the A12 in Colchester near the Colchester United Stadium offering a full hub of sporting facilities with ample free parking, please just remember to input your car registration in the main part of the sports building situated in the cafe/bar area which will be open till 10pm so after the event you can treat yourself to an alcoholic drink or any other beverage. If you do come out in the early stages there is a lovely gravel track within the grounds of the sports park that you can continue your run on or just grab a drink from the bar and continue watching and supporting the event.
