This event is intended to be a fun and friendly duathlon for junior participants.

It will be held from 1:00pm onwards on the 25th July at High Lodge in the heart of Thetford Forest. The event uses an entirely off-road / traffic free route...it's a great place to explore and keep active!

Participants will complete a run lap, a bike lap and finally another run lap.

Distance depends on the age band entered with cross-over between some age bands to give more options: -

5-8 year olds - 300m run / 1km bike / Short dash to finish line (50m's)

7-9 year olds - 300m run / 1km bike / 300m run

10-13 year olds - 1.5km run / 2km bike / 500m run

12-15 year olds - 1.5km run / 3km bike / 1km run 

There's no prizes for winning, but there is an award for completing 2/3 events in the series.

Results will be published on our website after the event.

Events will be run a covid-safe way in line with the latest Government and sporting guidance.

As an entrant you can enjoy a reduced day parking rate of just £5.00! (normally £12.50).

The other events in the series are August (Date TBC) and September (5th).
