Welcome to Gigha Run 2026

The proceeds from this event will support the Gigha paths network and its continued development.

The run course is either 4.5 or 9km (one or two laps). The trail will be on aggregate paths,

farm tracks, and the main road, and will include uneven surfaces. A maximum number of

runners is set at 100. No dogs are permitted on the run. The run will start at the Gigha Village

Hall and then head west to Keill cottages, before turning south across Achamore Farm. This a

straight run until the cross road at Leim where runners will head east, and follow the farm

track until the main road. Continue along the main road until you reach the fire station, turn left onto the trail and back towards the village hall. This is one lap of the trail. Runners can choose to complete

two laps to make 9km.
