250 Metre Swim  1.35 Km Run

Adult Triathlon:

400 Metre Swim 10 Km Cycle 2.5 Km Run

Minimum age of entry: 9 Years old on race day (11 May 2026).

Team Entries: Teams of three people only should be entered. Each person should complete a separate entry form. One person is to swim, one person is to cycle and one is to run.
