More and more of the athletic community have included Yoga as part of their conditioning for events and training. The benefits of developing a Yoga practice not only physical but also mental.
Join Mark and Debbie for a fun morning of exploring how Yoga will help improve your running, your mental focus and your overall health!
About Mark:
Mark has been practising Yoga for over 15 years and teaching for more than 10! He first came to Yoga as a means to improve his development as a triathlete. He has competed in every distance of triathlon from super sprint to Ironman and almost every run distance apart from Ultras! Some day soon.....
About Debbie:
Debbie has been running for over 20 years and has a wealth of experience. A accomplished ultra-runner she has represented Scotland and Great Britain and competed in some of the world’s most iconic races including The Spine, Spartathlon, UTMB and Tor de Geants. She completed her 200 hour yoga teaching in August 2021.
