Organiser's Description
TriathlonworkX is pleased to offer our popular swim analysis and correction clinics for winter 2023. It is an ideal time to get a deep insight into how you acutually currently move in the water and what you need to do over the winter to produce real improvement.
Our clinics are based on sound scientific and experience of helping hundreds of swimmers. We use a combination of classroom, video analysis and bespoke hands on correction on the day. You will leave the session with your own video and plan to work on to continue improving.
Venue is South Lanarkshore Swimming Pool in Lanark.
