Spooky Sprint/ Spooky Swim/ Spooky Swimrun, 31st October. Swim, Run or Swimrun options and distances for all including 1 mile fun run for younger children. Spooky medals and snacks for all participants (including swim). 

Anyone participating in the run or swimrun please note part of the run is fairly tame off-road and is unlit, a torch of any type is compulsory. Please ensure your race number is visible from the front, a number belt is strongly advised for the swimrunners. 

Timings and distances -

Spooky Sprint. 5k or 1 mile fun run. Start at 7pm. Registration from 6.15-6.45pm. You can run, walk or jog. 

Spooky Swim 7.30-8.30pm. Swim as little or as much as you want, any stroke, any speed but please be considerate of other swimmers. 

Spooky Swimrun start at 7.30pm. Sprint distance is 400m swim, 1 mile run, 200m swim, 1 mile run, 100m swim, 1 mile run. Super Sprint distance is 250m swim 1 mile run, 100m swim, 1 mile run. All swimrunners must have started their last swim by 8.30pm or will have to skip the final swim.

Car-parking: on site at Guildford Lido. In the unlikely event this small car park is full, additional free parking is available a short walk away at Lido Road car park just past Guildford Lido (note for this car park a ticket should be displayed even though it is free).
