THE SORBROOK SLOG MULTI-TERRAIN RACE IS ORGANISED BY GRIFFITHSTOWN HARRIERS, CWMBRAN,  and will take place on Sunday February 22nd 2026 at 11AM. This is a tough approx 7 mile scenic race, across the footpaths, open fields, country lanes and gullys of Sorbrook and Sluvad.

£13 for affiliated entry

£15 for non-affiliated entry

CAR PARKING 

There is parking available at the Gwent Crematorium.

REGISTRATION

Registration is online with Entry Central up to 19th Feb then on the day after this date.

REGISTRATION OPENS AT 9 AM for on the day entries and number collection at the start location.

START: Field just off Tre-Herbert Rd, Cwmbran NP44 2BZ at 11 am.

Online entry closing date - midnight on 19th Feb 2026. On the day entries available.

NB. There is a bag drop facility available but all items will be left at your own risk.

Entry Central will show the event closed after the closing date but entries will be available on the day. 

PRIZES

Each runner will receive a Sorbrook Slog and Tough drawstring bag with goodies.

Prizes will be given to to the following categories.  Only one prize per person:

• 1st, 2nd, 3rd Male and Female
• 1st 40+ Male and Female
• 1st 50+ Male and Female
• 1st 60+ Male and Female

We also have Megan Holly Photograpghy out on the course who will be capturing your smiles and all images will be free to use with a credit.
