Modern life often demands constant connectivity, with phones, emails, and notifications keeping our minds in a state of alert. This overstimulation, along with pressure to always be available or productive, heightens stress, disrupt sleep, and contributes to anxiety, gradually impacting our overall mental health and sense of balance.
In this day workshop, we’ll explore how yoga can soothe fear and anxiety through breath, movement, mantra and mindful awareness. Using gentle postures, calming prāṇāyāma, and focused attention, we’ll create space for the nervous system to settle. You’ll leave with practical tools to cultivate steadiness and emotional resilience in daily life.

About Mark
Mark has been practising Yoga for 18 years and teaching for 14, full time since 2013. He has been a student of AG and Indra Mohan for 12 years spending time with them in India several times and also hosted them in the UK. He has completed multiple teacher trainings from deeper Yoga philosophy with the Mohans to anatomy and Physiology with Gary Carter and even learned a huge amount from the fun experience of an AcroYoga Teacher Training in Greece.
From this knowledge base he will share authentic and deep rooted practices way beyond what we learn in an hour class.
