An Afternoon of Wellness, Movement, Dancing and Freedom
On 7th February, Glasgow hosts a special wellness festival at Finn's Place, created by the team behind the Rest and Be Thankful venue at Solas Festival. This afternoon gathering is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and nourish body, mind, and community in the heart of the city.
The programme offers something for everyone. Move and immerse yourself in the devotional energy of kirtan and ectatic dance, and rest deeply during a soothing sound bath. Families are warmly welcomed and kids come for free!
Set within a warm, inclusive atmosphere, the festival blends ancient practices with modern wellbeing, celebrating rest, gratitude, and connection. A perfect mid-winter pause to restore and renew.
