The next installment of the SWFellrunners Summer Series

The junior runs commence at 6pm and are free to enter on the day.  There is no requirement to sign up beforehand.  The route is fully marked.   Entries for these races will close 20 minutes before the start of the race.  Prize giving will be at 7.15pm.  Please complete your entry forms at registration:-

2k route races from age 8 to 9 years, and age 10 to 12 (ages are as at the date of the event)

4.5k route races from 13 to 14 years, and age 15 to 17 years (ages are as at the date of the event)

The senior 10.5k (18+) race starts at 7.00pm.  Participants are expected to be competent at navigating in all potential Dartmoor weather conditions.  We would prefer runners to enter online in order to guarantee a place.  You may also enter at Run Venture Running Hub, 7 West Street, Tavistock, PL19 8AD. You will be assisted with your on-line entry there. If there are places left you may wish to enter on the day at registration.  Entry fee on the day is £10 (£1 discount for Fell Running Association members).   It would assist the organisers greatly if you could bring the correct money.  Numbers are limited to 200.  Online entry closes 25th July 2023.  Entries are not transferrable.  There will be a wide range of age group categories in 10 year increments. (ages again as at the day of the event).  The route will be marked in order to avoid ground nesting birds, and to stop you getting lost. However, the markings will be spares and only at key points. There will also be marshalls on route.  We reserve the right to abandon or shorten the course on the day in the event of bad weather.  Please wear adequate clothing.  Prize giving for the senior event will be at 8.30pm.

Toilet facilities, refreshment are car parking will be available.  Please bring your own water bottle.
