Health & Safety, PLEASE NOTE:

No headphones should be worn during the race in accordance with our Scottish Athletics race licence and UK Athletics rule 240 S 5 - "The wearing of headphones, or similar devices, (other than those medically prescribed), is not permitted in races on any single carriageway road that is not wholly closed to traffic." The race is run on roads that are not closed to traffic, anyone wearing headphones during the race will be disqualified for safety reasons.

Please do not attend the race is you:
• Have tested positive for Covid-19.
• Have Covid-19 symptoms.
• Have been asked to self-isolate at home by Scottish Government Test and Protect system.
• If you are returning from a country outside the UK you must follow the Scottish Government guidance on quarantine.

Runners will be bussed to the Start of the race, you must wear a face covering (unless exempt) on the bus. Anyone that would rather not travel together on the bus is welcome to arrange their own transport to the start, please indicate this on your entry form.
