This session will explore how nutritional needs evolve through different phases of a woman’s life - including adolescence, adulthood, pregnancy, perimenopause, and beyond - and how these changes affect training, energy, and recovery. It will cover key nutrients, fuelling strategies tailored to hormonal shifts, and practical guidance to support performance and long‑term health at every stage.
