** Membership update for 2026/27 - Each athlete will have their own individual membership i.e. there will no longer be a family membership.

Junior training session fees are now collected via a monthly Standing Order paid to the club monthly over a 12 month period. Entry Central is used only for the membership. Standing Order details will be emailed to the athlete (or Parent / carer) on payment of the annual membership via Entry Central.** 

If you join Scottish Athletics ONLY - This does not mean you are a member of NUAAC i.e. you only become a member of NUAAC when you sign up and pay via Entry Central.

Club Training Sessions:

THURSDAY

P2-S6 & Senior training is held at Liniclate Running Track, Benbecula, 6:30pm - 8pm

P1-3 training at Sgoil Uibhist a Tuath, North Uist, Once we have enough available coaches these sessions will return.

SATURDAY - Liniclate Machair and / or Track

Term time training for all ages 10am -11am

S2 and senior interval training Saturday 10am - 11am, a second session will also be available on a Monday or Tuesday evening (TBC).

All athletes are asked to wear club kit to all training sessions.

Fees
Our club is affiliated to Scottish Athletics, £8 per membership fee goes direct to Scottish Athletics. Annual membership and training fees are an essential requirement for all attending our training sessions - these fees cover our insurance, help pay for coach training and support the club to pay for the hire of training facilities and the purchase of sports equipment. 
 
Membership fees are collected in August each year, £30 Senior membership (18 years and over), £15 Junior membership (5 years to 17 years old).
As well as yearly membership fees (through Entry Central), junior athletes pay training session fees via Standing Order direct to the club:- Junior monthly fees are £5 per athlete per month.
In return, all new members will receive a club vest (second claim members have the option to buy the vest at a discounted rate) and have access to discounted club kit including training tops, hoodies, jackets and hats.  We wil also keep you informed of local and national competition opportunities through our whatsapp group, website and social media platforms.

North Uist Amateur Athletics Club gives people of all ages and abilities the opportunity to progress and improve their fitness and athletic performance whilst having fun. We have an active and successful club and a friendly welcome awaits any new members. At NUAAC our aim is to promote all aspects of Athletics and encourage participation at all levels and abilities.

As with the majority of sports clubs, NUAAC is run by volunteers. These people are athletes, parents/carers and other supporters who give their time freely for the benefit of both our club and our athletes. Our coaches and committee cannot run the club alone therefore we encourage all parents to get involved. We need you!
