Organiser's Description
Essex’s Premier Off Road Race organised by ILFORD ATHLETIC CLUB.
Supporting St. Francis Hospice Havering-atte-Bower celebrating the life of Newman Sargent.
A two lap hilly course, one big lap followed by a slightly smaller lap around the beautiful Hainault forest.

Wednesday 10th July 2024 - Start Time 7.30pm. The race will be licensed by the TRA and run under UK Athletics rules.

The race is back to the 2021 start and finish by the lake and cafe. Parking and toilets will be available at the start.
Parking available in the car park off Romford Road. POST CODE: IG7 4QN (W3W: belt.index.staple) payable on arrival using Ringo (no cash payments)
Entries will also be available on the day (up until 7.15pm)
Minimum Entry Age 17 years of age on race day.
Prizes for minimum of first three senior men and women plus first M40, M50, M60, M70, F40, F50, F60 and F70.
Confirmation of entry will be sent to you by email if supplied.
Race numbers are to be collected on the day from race HQ so please arrive early to collect your number.
Prizes will be presented on the day as soon as possible after the race has finished.
Results will be posted on the Ilford Athletic Club website asap after the event.
