Monkton Milers Santa Dash 2026

Organiser's Description
Our Santa Dash is now in its 7th year. This year we are raising funds for Troon Men’s Shed. We don’t mind whether you run, walk or crawl, it’s all about taking part and having fun.
The event is everyone over the age of 4. Children under the age of eleven must be accompanied (within arm's reach) throughout the event by a parent, guardian or appropriate adult of the parent's choice (children between 4–11 with an adult runner 2:1 ratio)
As well as the fun run we will also have a tombola, raffle and cake stall. On the day cash would be preferred however we will be able to take card payments.

Registration |
Registration will open at 9.15am. All runners must be registered by 10.15am to allow the run to start at 10.30am. |

Route |
We will be using the original Troon parkrun route. A flat course starting at the Sunken Garden heading north along the South Beach Esplanade with a small loop before heading to the end turning to go south and then turning back again to finish near the Sunken Gardens. |

Timing |
The event will be chipped timed Numbers and chips should be collected at registration |

Prizes |
There will be medals for all finishers together with water and a sweet treat |

Fancy Dress |
Fancy dress is optional however we’d love to see lots of Santas, Mrs Claus, Elves etc heading along the prom. |
