Manuden 10k, 5k and 1k
17 Sep 17
Medals will be given out to all runners who complete any of the runs.
Water stations will be provided en route at 2k, 4k, 6k, 8k and at the finish.
Car parking is available near to the start/finish line (in the field near the Yew Tree pub); Registration will take place nearby at the Yew Tree pub, where there will be changing facilities and toilets. There will be a BBQ and refreshments on sale at the Yew Tree during and after the event.
The Red Cross will be in attendance.
The main part of the run will be along the Rickling Road, which will be closed for the duration of all three events. However, a small section of the 10k run does follow a public highway and we do therefore ask all runners to be especially vigilant when running this section. The post code of the starting point is more or less CM23 1DY.
