Monthly Masterclass to Advance Wellness
Many of us feel tired, suffer from brain fog, and can generally feel a bit run down.
This day workshop explores energy management through yoga and prāṇa (vital force), drawing on the timeless teachings of A.G. Mohan in the Krishnamacharya tradition. Participants will learn how breath and awareness regulate energy, supporting physical vitality and mental clarity. Alongside guided prāṇāyāma practice, we will reflect on modern perspectives of energy—such as Einstein’s insight that “energy cannot be created or destroyed, it can only be changed from one form to another.” The workshop bridges ancient wisdom with contemporary understanding, offering practical tools and fresh perspectives to harmonize body, breath, and mind, and to cultivate balanced energy in daily life.
There is also a lot of confusion in the Yoga field about subjects like cakras, bandhas, mudras etc. These will also be covered in this workshop.
