Welcome to the second Kirkintilloch Festival of Running being organised by Kirkintilloch Olympians being held on Sunday 15 February 2026. This one day festival of running includes three events covering different distances; you can choose which event you wish to enter (but note you can only enter one!). The options are the Neil McCover Memorial half marathon (start 10.30am), the renowned 12.5k race (start 11am) and a fun run over 5k (start 11.15pm). 

The half marathon and 12.5k races have been accurately measured and certified and are open to any runner aged 18 years or over. The fun run is approximately 5k and is open to runners of all abilities aged 11 or over.
