The next Hyrox simulation at Fit Body Farm will be on Saturday 11th November 

It's is a great chance to try Hyrox for the first time, try to beat your last time, try a new division or to simulate a live event in the lead up to Hyrox London

We are only opening 50 spots so please book soon

The day will run from approx 11.30am to 4pm. If this changes we'll let athetes know asap

The exact start times for each person will be emailed out on Wednesday 8th November

Although this is a non competitive event, we will aim to have Hyrox helpers at each station keeping you right on proper form, rep counting (wall balls) and encouragement. 

Entry Prices are as follows

Hyrox Full Individual £20
Hyrox Full Doubles £24 (£12 per person)
Hyrox Half £12

Fit Body Farm members or Performance Programme members get 50% off of their entry

HYROX TRAINING

We’ll also have our weekly Hyrox training on to help get you prepared for the simulation and events.

Workout time options are…

Thurs 5.30pm, 6.45pm
Fri 6am, 9.30am
Sat 7.30am

The block will last 10 weeks from Thurs 31st Aug to Sat 4th November 

The cost is £70
