General

By entering the fun run you agree to abide by the conditions of entry and any instructions given to you by the organisers or officials of HOB fun run

Medical condition

It is the responsbility of all participants to ensure that they are medically fit to participate in the race.

Course

The fun run comprises of a 1.5km loop starting and finishing at Hill of Banchory school through the woodland paths and pavements and it will involve controlled road crossings. 

Access

Parking is available at the school but we would like to encourage participants to arrive by foot or on bikes.

Entry

The race has an entry limit of 300. If places are still available on the day, there will be the option to enter on the day. Participants of school nursery age will require to be accompanied by an adult. It is open to all children from school nursery up to Primary 7. All entrants will receive a medal and other goodies. 

Registration

The event is a fun run so will not be timed and will not require race numbers but we ask all particpants to sign in on the day from 9-9.30am at Hill of Banchory school. Warm up from 9.30am.

Photography

Please be advised that photography and videography may take place throughout this event. By attending and participating, participants and their guardians acknowledge that images and footage may be captured in which they appear. We ask that attendees only photograph their own child and respect the privacy of others, we cannot control or be held responsible for images shared by individuals.
