Gordon Rural Action Santa Run 

Saturday 5th December 

Gordon Rural Action are excited to host our annual 5K Santa Fun Run again this year! 

Pop on your most festive gear and join us for three different Santa Runs! All starting and ending at the Huntly Nordic and outdoor Centre.

Entry:
5k - £10 plus Entry Central processing fee

Childrens races £7.50 plus Entry Central processing fee; tubing included

Online entries will close at midnight on 30th Nov 2026

Registration: 9:15-9:50am at the Nordic ski centre .

Start Time: The 5k race will begin at 10:15am. 

Children aged 4-8 will begin at 9:45am followed by tubing

Children aged 8-12 will begin at 9:55am followed by tubing 

Start and finish lines will be at the Nordic, and will be clearly signed on the day. All racers need to be in position a few minutes before the start time 

Join us for festive bakes in the Nordic centre after running - teas and coffee available to buy, water provided. 

General Information:
There will be marshals at various points throughout the course. Please treat them with respect and follow ALL marshal instructions carefully. They are in place primarily for your safety.

Parking available near the ski centre but please make your way on foot if possible as spaces are limited.

MEDALS PROVIDED FOR ALL FINISHERS

Race timing will not be done by the organisers /  no chip timing. 

WATER PROVIDED AT THE FINISH

Organised by GRA under UK Athletics rules. The 5k event is open to runners aged 12 years or older. If an adult is confident in their child's ability to run 5k and will commit to running with them we will accept younger entries.
