Bothwell Run Festival 5K & 10K Road Race

The Bothwell Scarecrow Festival invites you to enter the Bothwell Run Fest 5K & 10K road race, which will be held on Sunday 27th August 2023 at 10.00am.

The course is one (5k) or two lap (10k) course and is ran on pavements, is relatively flat and suitable for runners of all abilities. It doesn’t matter if you run 30mins or 1h30mins, everyone is welcome and the last finisher will get just as big a cheer as the first finisher! Our aim is to give all runners the chance of doing their best time but enjoying it whilst they do so.

The course starts and finishes at Bothwell Primary school which provides limited car parking, changing, toilets and prize presentations.

Perfect Timing Scotland will be providing chip timing.

Closing date for online entries is the 25th August 2023.

Minimum age 15 on race day for the 10K, no age restrictions for 5k, however younger children should be accompanied by an adult.

Prizes

1st 3 overall M/F for 5k and 10K 

Once again the overall winner of the 5k will get their name engraved on the prestigious Endurance Quaich
