The final evet of the 4 round seasonal 10k trail run series.

Overview:  Being held at the lovely Trifarm, Church Rd, Boreham, CM3 3DS.  We will be able to collect your race numbers from 0830hrs.  Start time is 0900.

Race start is at the far end of the trifarm car-park and finishes at bridge by public footpath fingerpost on the riverbank.  You will need to be at the start for a couple of minutes prior to start time. The Summer and Winter editions are predominately clockwise.  

Option for a discounted pre-run swim tickets when you sign up.

Parking:  Plenty of parking on site.    

Registration:  Will be held in or near the Trifarm car-park.  Route narrative is available from the www.multisport-management.co.uk website.  A LIST WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU A DAY PRIOR TO THE RUN WITH YOUR RACE NUMBER INFO & REGISTRATION PROCESS.

Bottled Water is available on site at registration.  Top up your bottles at the tap by the bicycle racks prior before you start and at the finish. 

Race number must be worn on your front, unfolded.  We may use manually timing, so if we can't see your number at the finish, you can't get a time recorded.  Please help us to help you!

FOOD!!!!   Bill, Ruth and the Trifarm team are selling bacon rolls, tea, coffee and cakes again now.  

No water stations on course, or marshals.  We will have a tail walker sweeping the course though and a finish line timer with medals and water for you.  Once you have finished, please make your way back to you car/motorbike/bicycle etc and disperse as the site closes before lunch.

Results and Prizes: Once we have collated all the results; which is time consuming, we will post the results to our website ASAP.  There is additional prizes for the fastest male and female athletes at the end of the round 4!  Points are based on MotoGP (x2) and the website will show the leaderboard.  You need to complete a minimum of 1 clockwise and 1 anti-clockwise course (so you can miss 2 rounds.  You can also drop your lowest points score(s) if you do 3 or 4 rounds.)
