Organiser's Description

Created by Bob Clift, these rides were established in 1986, and this year the event gives you the option of cycling 100 or 50 miles through the beautiful Cheshire countryside.

It is not a race or a Sportive.

The start and finish is from The Cheshire View, Plough Lane, Christleton, Chester, CH3 7PT .  There is ample free parking at this location.

Book in starts at 8 - 8:30am for the 100's, 9 - 9:45 for the 50's

At Chester and North Wales CTC we welcome cyclists of all ages and abilities. You do not have to be a member of Cycling UK (formerly CTC) although we encourage you to join our national organisation Cycling UK.

The route is all on road, not closed ones so enjoy this winding tour of our wonderful Cheshire lanes and views.

Please note that when you enter you will receive an email confirmation, but the route details and joining instructions will not be emailed to you until approximately 7 days before the event.  I am unable to post information out.

Please feel free to visit our Facebook page, Bob Clift Memorial Rides, where you can see photos of previous rides, chat and can share your own thoughts, memories and photos if you wish.

We look forward to seeing you there
