Mid Essex Casuals Exhibition Trail hosted by Colemans Fishery, Little Braxted lane, Rivenhall, Essex CM8 3EX, Two routes of 6.5 or 4.2 miles approx.

Money raised will be donated to Essex and Herts Air Ambulance Trust, your entry fee is non-refundable, £7 for members of a club affiliated to England Athletics, £9 otherwise. Held under UK Athletics rules with TRA Permit 8418, The minimum age allowed is 17 yrs, No dogs allowed. All finishers will receive  a £3 voucher to use against purchases in the Lakeside Cafe. 

Written narrative instructions. no mass start, no marked route and no marshalls. You can start  anytime from 9:30 am till 11:00am. You will be handed written instructions to follow, timed out then back in. Any questions then just ask, we are very happy to help!
