Declarations for each event will close 30 minutes before its scheduled start time.
To ensure quick and easy access to Aberdeen Sports Village on event day, all athletes, coaches and spectators will be required to be members of Aberdeen Sports Village, its Passport scheme or register their attendance in advance following these instructions.
Notes

Hammer is a Championship scoring event for AAAC U18 and Senior athletes. 6 throws for AAAC members, 4 throws for non AAAC members unless time permits.

300m is a Championship scoring event for AAAC U18 Women. 400m is a Championship scoring event for AAAC U18 Men, Senior Men and Senior Women.
- 1500m Steeplechase races are open to anyone (U16) as a come and try event.

3000m Steeplechase is a championship scoring event.

Declaration cut off times will be strictly enforced.

Field event athletes should be warmed up with run ups marked out and all practice throws/jumps completed before the event start time.
- All athletes will get 3 throws in the shot.

All track events will be graded based on time and are open to age groups as stated above.

To sign-up for this event, the Service Fee is 4% (min 50p) for each sign-up
