The popular Tuesday evening Aquathlons are held at Trafford Water Sports Centre, Sale Water Park. This is a fantastic race venue with an 800m 2-lap swim and 5km 2-lap run course (Juniors complete half the distance) – keeping it simple for optimal race conditions!
With a race start time of 6:40pm and 6:45pm for juniors, these events make a perfect mid-week hit-out!
Entry Details
Start Time: 18:30pm
Venue: Sale Water Park – M33 2LX
Cost Per Race:
- Adults/15+ – 800m/5km – £25/event, £100/5 race series
- TriStar 3/Youths – 400m/2.5km – £12.50/event, £50/5 race series
Registration
Registration is open from 17:45hrs until 18:20 hrs. At Registration, please ensure that you receive a race number & 4 safety pins (if applicable).
If you are already a British Triathlon member you must bring your up to date race licence or will be required to purchase a Race Pass.
Parking
Parking is available at the venue outside the boathouse restaurant.It is also a short walk from Sale Water Park Metrolink stop.
Prices
A British Triathlon Race Pass is required for participants who are not a British Triathlon Home Nation member. For this event, Race Pass costs are £2.00 (plus £0.08 service charge) for participants aged 24 and under, and £8.00 (plus £0.32 service charge) otherwise.
