The Pool swim will take place in the brand-new swimming facility within the Galashiels Community Campus, located just a stone’s throw from the former Galashiels Swimming Pool. This upgraded venue is part of a wider development project and, as such, there is currently no dedicated parking available at the new pool. All event-day parking will therefore be on-street parking in the surrounding area.

The pool is a 25m, 6-lane facility. The swim will run in waves based on competitors’ submitted estimated swim times. Transition will be located in the adjacent area, which will be sealed off for event use. Please avoid parking at Livingstone Place, as access will be restricted.

Transition will be sited in front of the new Pool facility. 

The Bike route will be off road around the woodland adjacent to the pool.

The Run will be off road again around the park outside the pool.
