MID ESSEX CASUALS present Quarter Marathon no. 5

A self navigation trail of 6.55 or 3.6 miles (no marshalls, GPX or route markings) 

Sunday August 3rd from Owls Hill teashop, Terling CM3 2PW

Held under UK Athletics rules with TRA Permit 7255 No dogs allowed.

Runners and Walkers welcome, minimum age for solo runners is 17 yrs. Registration open  and staggered starts from 9:30am. Entry fee £6 affiliated, £8 unaffiliated, no refunds. Includes a £3 food or drink voucher for use in the Teashop.

The route is mainly off road on footpaths, tracks and field edges with some short road sections (not suitable for spikes), a narrative will be supplied to each entrant, there are NO markings, marshalls or drink stations. First aid and Defib available at registration.
