We’re so excited to welcome you back to the Dooker’s Dash, and this year we’ve got a whole range of events to make sure everyone can join in the fun—no matter your age or ability!

👧 Children’s Events at the Playpark
Our youngest racers will enjoy flat, accessible routes in a calm and welcoming space. We’ve even created quieter, wider areas for children who prefer a bit more room to shine. It’s all about making sure every child feels confident and included.

⚽ Main Races on the Football Pitch
Safe, traffic-free, and full of energy! This is where our school-age stars can show us what they’re made of. Come cheer them on as they dash across the grass!

🌊 5km Scenic Route
For those up for a challenge, the 5km race starts at Garval Point, winds through the stunning Tarbert harbour, and finishes at the marina—a beautiful route to run, jog, or walk!

🎉 After the Dash – Join Us at the Bowling Club!
The fun doesn’t stop at the finish line! Head up to the Tarbert Bowling Club for an open afternoon of fun:

• Try your hand at lawn bowls
• Give pickleball a go
• Shoot some hoops at the basketball court
• Enjoy refreshments, music, and great company

• Toddler Dash (0–4 years) – £8
• Dashing Dookers (School Age, Accessible Race) – £8
  (Flat route, straight track, low crowds, adult helpers welcome)
• 200m Race (Ages 5–7) – £8 
• 1km Race (Ages 8–15) – £8
• 5km Race (Ages 16–100+) – £25
