ATHLETES CAN ENTER A MAXIMUM OF THREE EVENTS

Entry fee: £5 per athlete per event

In the event of full open graded cancellation entry fees will be refunded at £4.50 per athlete per event, for organisers to cover Entry Central transaction fees.

Entries close 15th June 2025.

NOTES

1. Athletes must be at least 9 years of age on day of competition and current Scottish Athletics members.
2. All event times are approximate and subject to change on the event day.
3. Field events are each scheduled for 60 minutes. Athletes will get 2 warm‐up attempts followed by a minimum of 3 competition attempts.
4. Entries are on Entry Central only, all entries must be submitted prior to midnight on the closing date, no late entries.
5. Declarations for each event will close 60 minutes before its scheduled start time, no late declarations will be accepted.
6. If a single event is cancelled on the day due to weather/health and safety, no refund will be processed due to Entry Central capabilities.
7. Finalised timetable will be published following entry closure
