Both runners and walkers are welcome to this fundraising event based in the village of Black Notley. TRA permit number TBA.

This is a self navigation trail using a written route description which will be given to you on the day. There are no markings or marshalls. It is raising funds for Essex Air Ambulance, in association with Mid Essex Casuals and Blackwater West District Guides.

Entry confirmation will be sent via the e-mail supplied upon sign-up. The price includes a sausage in a roll at the finish for each paid entry. Tea, coffee and cakes will be on sale at the finish. Trail Running Association/England Athletics members get a £2 discount on the £8 entry fee. 

There is limited parking is at the scout and guide hut and opposite in the recreation ground car park. If you do park on the side streets please do so considerately. 

There will be no refunds for whatever reason apart from the race being cancelled. 

This is not a mass start event. You will be timed out and back in. The start time for the 6.2 mile is any time from 10am to 10.40am. The start time for the 3.1 mile is any time from 10.40am to 11am.
