Exmoor Trail Running Weekend

I am heading up to Lynmouth AKA Little Switzerland, for a weekend and am planning to guide three runs exploring the best local features of fantastic coastal scenery, and deep river valleys. 

You can join me for all three runs for £20 or sign up for each run individually. See separate links on this site.

What's included:

Three guided trail runs;

Run 1: Friday evening at 7pm 5-6 miles visiting The Valley of the Rocks, 

Run 2: Saturday morning at 9am for a 15-16 mile run taking in Contisbury Hill, the North Devon coast, Lorna Donne valley and Watersmeet.

Both these runs will start at Lynmouth Pier

Work shop Saturday afternoon at 4pm for those staying over, looking at keys skills when running on trails, race prep and strategies and strength work

Run 3: Sunday morning at 1000 for a 10 mile run from the Hunters Inn a few miles west of Lynmouth, Parking in the National trust carpark which charges non members.

Meals and accommodation is not included in this particular trip
