Back in time for the 2026/27 Hyrox season!

We will be hosting our 6th Hyrox Simulation at Functional Fitness Dundee on Saturday 12th September 2026. 

Everyone who crosses the line will receive a very special "FFD Hyrox finishers patch" for you to proudly display on your gym bag 

Spaces for this simulation are limited to only 100 people and we expect this to sell out very quickly so please be sure to book early to avoid disappointment!

Due to popular demand we will have FFD Hyrox T-Shirts available for only £20 when purchased at check-out as part of your ticket purchase (or £25 on the day)

This Hyrox simulation is perfectly timed just before the start of the 2026/27 season giving you the chance to simulate a live event in the lead up to Birmingham, Dublin or London.  Or maybe its your first time and you want to come along to give"Hyrox" a go without the stress of an arena event in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.  

Why not try a full Hyrox for yourself or choose to split it with a friend as a doubles. Or maybe you want to take on the unique experience of a HALF HYROX - either as an individual or doubles (think half the run and exercise distances of a full Hyrox, but with the full weights!) and again you could choose to split this with a partner. Our aim is to accommodate everybody no matter your current fitness level. 

The day will run from approximately 8am to 8pm

This is a non competitive event and will not be timed by us. We encourage you to record your own times on your own device. However we will aim to have a Hyrox helper at each station keeping you right on proper form and encouragement. They are not there to strictly enforce any rules as it remains your responsibility to know the rule book and movement standards and adhere to these.  we will of course guide you where possible.  This event is strictly for adults 16+ years old however family and friends are encouraged to come along and support you on the day. We have a spacious viewing gallery.
