Declarations for each event will close 1 hour before its scheduled start time.

 To ensure quick and easy access to Aberdeen Sports Village on event day, all athletes, coaches and spectators will be required to be members of Aberdeen Sports Village, its Passport scheme or register their attendance in advance following these instructions.

 Notes

1. This event is only open to children attending primary schools in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire.

2. This is not a Scottish Athletics Licensed event and results will not be submitted to Power of 10 or used for ranking purposes.

3. The organisers will follow UK Athletics rules.

4. Awards will be given for the first 3 in each event.

5. Maximum number of entries is 250.

6. Declaration is 1 hour before your event and will be enforced.

7. Athletes must be in the call room 15 minutes before their event start time.

8. Relay Team entries will be taken on the day at a cost of £3 per team. In order to make up numbers P6 athletes can compete. Teams are also allowed if necessary to be made up of children from multiple schools in order to give all athletes the chance to compete.
