For Horses, Four Courses Event 1.  There are two courses of approx 8 miles and approx 4.5 miles. Start times at intervals between 11am and 12.30pm.  Results will be on the Mid Essex Casuals website after the event.  Registration will open at 10.30am and close at midday.

You'll set off in small groups with a written narrative route.  If you are unfamiliar with this style of event we can probably find someone for you to run with.  Walkers are also welcome - please start before 11.30 if walking the longer route.

Hosted by  Mid Essex Casuals and held under UK Athletics rules.  TRA permit no 5492.  The series of four events will be raising funds for two Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA) groups in Suffolk.

Unfortunately TRA rules mean dogs are not allowed with participants but the pub is dog friendly and there are several lovely walks around the nearby reservoir for a supporter.

Entry fee; £5 affiliated £7 unaffiliated. 50P fee

Entry fee includes a £2 voucher to spend in White Horse Pub.  Please park with consideration as directed on the day.  There is no bag storage area - please leave all your belongings in your car.
