The off road bike will then take on a fast flowing 4.8km cycle over a 1 lap course. Taking in White Woods, Chapel Chase, Quarry Wood and Lindsay's Loop. There will be some small technical sections (with rocks, roots and mud) but this will not to be too difficult or challenging. No road bikes permitted - mountain bikes preffered.
The run then takes in a mixed terrain 2.4km course which heads out of the park road and winds back in by the loch side to the finish.
