KINGSWELLS TO COUNTESSWELLS
This session was popular in 2025 so we do not apologise for revisiting it. The run will take you on a rollercoaster route from Kingswells to Countesswells and back. It's all held on cycle paths or quiet roads and will include some up and down hill running at a variety of paces. This workout is designed to build your strength, resilience - and ultimately, your pace.
After our warm-up and activation, we'll tackle a few hill drills before launching into the main part of the session which will take the form of a series of one minute and 90 secs reps with a regroup recovery. You can be sure of a challenging, but rewarding session which will benefit all runners, regardless of your pace. And the much loved 3 person 100m relay will top off the session.
We'll include our usual warm-up and cool down routines plus lots of good advice, motivation and encouragement. We are a friendly group, so give it a go - and bring a friend.
TUESDAY 30 June 2026 6pm to 7pm
LOCATION: Meet at the entrance to the lower car park at Kingswell Park & Ride (see map).
Cost of Session: £6 per person.

- Please think carefully before signing up as there is a policy of no refunds except in circumstances where the event needs to be cancelled by the organisers.
- All participants must acknowledge that a training session is physically strenuous. As such they must be medically fit to participate and take full responsibility for their own personal health and fitness. Participants are strongly advised to consult a doctor before undertaking any strenuous exercise or training programme.
- We may take photos/videos of the session for use on our social media platforms. If you have any concerns about this, please let us know in advance.
