Officials, Marshals & Guest Sign-On

Thank you for supporting the Classic Club and joining us for the 2026 Bob Mac. This is the official sign-on page for Officials, Marshals, and Guests.

Key Information

Officials & Marshals

• Manual sign-on will still be required each day in the race office or marshal hut.
• An Official or Marshal is someone volunteering for a full day or the full weekend (not partial hours. Please bare this in mind when signing on).
• Those covering a full day or weekend will receive a breakfast roll and a light lunch. 
• Doggy Bags will also be made available after lunch.

Access & Entry

• Once you complete the form, you will receive a confirmation email.
• A QR code will be sent a few days prior to the event to allow access to the circuit.
• Please note: No access to the circuit before 1:30pm on Friday, unless you are part of the official circuit set-up team.
