WHEN: 14th May 6:30pm-8:00pm
WHAT: Bike training for Time Trial / Triathlon
WHO: Suitable for all athletes looking for in depth work to improve their solo riding against the clock. You need to be able to ride 90 mins and up for doing quality training reps
WHY: Training for TT or non drafting tri in the real world can be hard with poor roads and traffic, These sessions provide 90-120 mins of training in TT bar position - quality training with work at optimising aero position, pacing and control.
HOW: Sessions are coached by a highly experienced triathlon and TT expert with expertise in bikefitting and aerodynamics. Sessions will have a defined plan with small breaks to explain content and provide feedback. Sessions are generally delivered using power as an intensity / coaching guide so ideally you will have a power meter and have this setup to display on a head unit you can see on the bike. Each session will have a warm up, some technical components to work on position / pacing control and also a physiology based workout - it will be useful to have an idea of training zones but advice will be provided if you don't know this. Sessions are 90 mins with with option of a further 30 mins training 8:00-8:30pm.
