Ellerdine Effort 5k Charity Road Race

Prostate Cancer UK and Ellerdine Village Hall

local Solar PV Specialists).

Wednesday 26 August, 2026, 7pm start from

Ellerdine Village Hall, TF6 6QT.

This is a 5k road race over a fast course. 

Venue - Parking is on the playing field opposite Ellerdine Village Hall where the race finishes

and where you will collect you race number from (what3words: into.branching.clapper). The

start is roughly 1k away from the Village Hall so do allow sufficient time to get there

having collected your race number.  Toilets are available in the Hall but no showers.  

Refreshments will be available to purchase after the race.  This is a charity event with 

all of the poceeds being split between Prostate Cancer UK and Ellerdine Village Hall.

We are not allowing entries to be transferred, however should you be unable to run

a waiting list is in operation and you will be given the opportunity to have a refund or

donate your entry fee to the Charities listed. Thank you. 

Entry - £10.00 (on line entry only). Over 16’s only.

All numbers to be collected on the day from Race HQ in Ellerdine Village Hall.  (toilets available)                                                     

Parking – Please only park as directed and do not park on surrounding roads in the village.

Please respect residents when driving through the village. Only park in the car park

(playing field opposite the Hall) and do not park on the road.

 Prizes – To the first three men and women and the winners of each 5 year masters categories.
