A 10 mile ish trail run on good woodland tracks, river valley paths and a smatterimg of country lanes

The route will start at the Tamar Trails/Tavistock Woodland carpark (which does charge either cash or via the 'paybyphone' app)

We will head north, through the trees, then cross into Cornwall before geading south through a couple of villages before crossing back over the river Tamar and up back to the car park. The route is very runnable but the pace will as ever be steady as this is a running advnture not a threshold training session or a strava segment hunt.

Kit requirements are:

Trail shoes, Waterproof, hat and gloves if cold (its a UK Summer!) and any snacks or fluids you require. 

I am driving from Tavistock for those that want a lift, I have 8 spaces. I will leave Bedford Square at 0830, just let me know in advance if you want to book a seat.
