Hammer Competition (Hammerama) is organised by Kilbarchan Amateur Athletic Club under licence from Scottish Athletics
Tuesday 5th May, start time 18:00, It will be all age groups/weights compete at the same time. We will start with Pool 1 and go from there. Pools to be confirmed depending on number of entries.
Hammer 5 throws no warm-up.
New Age groups competing - u14, u16, u18, u20, Snr
