WHEN: 9th April 6:30pm-8:00pm
WHAT: Bike training for Time Trial / Triathlon
WHO: Suitable for all athletes looking for in depth work to improve their solo riding against the clock
WHY: Training for TT or non drafting tri in the real world can be hard with poor roads and traffic, These sessions provide 90-120 mins of training in TT bar position - quality training with work at optimising aero position, pacing and control.
HOW: Sessions are coached by a highly experienced triathlon and TT coach with expertise in bikefitting and aerodynamics. Sessions will have a defined plan with small breaks to explain content and provide feedback. Sessions are generally delivered using power as an intensity / coaching guide so ideally you will have a power meter and have this setup to display on a head unit you can see on the bike. Each session will have a warm up, some technical components to work on position / pacing control and also a physiology based workout - it will be useful to have an idea of training zones but advice will be provided if you don't know this. Sessions are 90 mins with with option of a further 30 mins training 8:00-8:30pm.
